The place is truly exceptional, the staff are very helpful.
It has nice and ideal location close to two subway stations and there's public parking. And its not far from good food spots and shopping and all the great eateries in Downtown Brooklyn, Park Slope, and Brooklyn Heights.

Totally really nice stay of my time. Everything was good, wonderful location close to subway, the staff were efficient. Loved their food, it was excellent with plenty of meals.

Totally recommend for a whistle-stop
Friendly staff, clean room, with the added touch of exercise equipment to keep you motivated during your stay. The location is perfect, just a short train ride into the heart of Manhattan.

The staff here. Learie and Andre at the bar were fantastic, helping us with nearby attractions and serving tasty drinks. The hotel's location allowed us to explore Brooklyn's cafes and easily access the beach and boardwalk, which the kids loved!
My kids wished for a swimming pool for extra fun.

The room is very complete, clean, with American plugs but with usb ports for charging mobiles etc. Empty fridge for your own food/drink and with fitness elements to practice exercises
The mattress is too soft and I couldn't get a good night's rest

Unexpected noise during the marathon
The staff was responsive, immediately addressing my issues. I appreciated their willingness to help and were great.
Unfortunately, I faced significant noise disruptions due to ongoing repairs in adjacent rooms, making it challenging to rest, especially after running the Brooklyn marathon.
